The contact form prepares an email draft on your device. AIT CoreX receives its contents only if you send the email. The website does not submit these fields to a server or save them in browser storage. If you email AIT CoreX, the information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and processes technical data associated with requests. Email correspondence is processed through the email services used by you and AIT CoreX. Email sent to our aitcorex.com addresses is routed through Google mail servers.

For enquiries that do not lead to an engagement, we review the active mailbox quarterly and remove the correspondence within 12 months of the last meaningful exchange, sooner when it is no longer needed. Contract, tax and other legally required records follow separate retention schedules.
